Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the JsonPages CLI or Cloud services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. The Services

JsonPages provides a developer toolset consisting of:

• Open Source Core & CLI: Provided under the MIT License. Free to use, modify, and distribute according to the license terms.
• Cloud Services (SaaS): Optional paid services for hosting, collaboration, and advanced editing features.

3. Subscriptions and Refunds

Cloud services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JsonPages, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
